01Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Macdaar, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.

You must be able to form a binding contract and operate a lawful business in Somalia, Kenya or Ethiopia.

Keep your login secure and your store details accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Macdaar charges one flat commission on each sale; the seller keeps the remainder. Fees are shown before you list.

Your share of completed sales settles weekly through bila to your linked wallet or bank account.

You may not list illegal, counterfeit or restricted goods. We may remove listings that break these rules.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or the law. You may close your store at any time.

Macdaar is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
